Can I update my address?

 

I already bought my item:

You aren't able to update your shipping address for an item after you've purchased it.

If you made a mistake or need your item to be sent to an alternative address than the one on your purchase receipt, you'll need to message the seller directly and ask them to refund you for the item so that you can then re-buy once you've updated your details!

If the item has already been posted however, it is your responsibility to retrieve the item from the address visible on the transaction receipt.

Next time you add an item to your basket > tap "Checkout" > tap "Ships to" and you'll be able to choose an existing address or "add a new address". 

 

I haven't bought an item but need to update my address:

If you have moved house or want your next purchase to be delivered to a different address, you'll need to update your address details in app.

Add an item to your basket > tap "Checkout" > tap "Ships to" and you'll be able to choose an existing address or "add a new address".

Once you've chosen the address you want your item to be sent to you can complete your purchase!
