We're excited to introduce Debot, our new Depop Virtual Assistant - designed to make it easier for you to get help. It’s still in testing, but we’re improving it every day in order to give you the best service possible.
What can it do?
- Respond to your Depop questions or concerns in real time.
- Help gather the important info we need to solve your problems faster.
- Put you in touch with support if Debot can’t fix your issue, so our team can follow up via email.
What can’t it do?
- No Live Chat - If your issue can’t be resolved via Debot then we will ensure a member of our team can follow up with you via email if needed.
- Bank information - Debot will never ask for personal banking information such as your card or account details.
- Web Help Centre only - Debot is currently only available via the Depop Help Centre. It won’t be given out via any other link, email, or within the app.
When is it available:
- During the initial launch, the Virtual Assistant will only be available from 10 AM to 10 PM UK time (5AM to 5PM EST).
