We know how important it is to be able to rate your experiences on Depop so we've made leaving and deleting feedback easy.
To leave feedback:
1) Go to profile
2) Go to your receipts
3) Tap on the purchase/sale you want to leave feedback for
4) Tap leave feedback
To delete feedback:
1) Tap on the feedback you've left
2) Tap the rubbish/trash icon in the top right
Quick note: Feedback can't be edited and once it's deleted it can't be left again, so make sure to rate your experience accurately.
If you've been left unfair feedback then get in touch with us, if it breaks our rules then we can remove it for you.
