We’re currently experimenting with user logins and sign ups, so you may have a different experience with Passwords/Magic links depending on the date you signed up to Depop
Signing Up on the Depop App
- Download the Depop app on iOS or Android.

Open the app and sign up using Google, Apple, or your email.
- Make sure to use a current email address so you can receive login links and important updates.
- Enter your name, date of birth, and choose a username.
- By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Important for Apple Relay Users
If you sign up with Apple, you can choose to:
- Share your real email address, or
- Use a randomly generated Apple Relay email.
You’ll still receive Depop emails with Apple Relay, but Magic Link login won’t work with a proxy email.
Signing Up on the Depop Website
- Go to Depop.com on a desktop or laptop.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your details, including your name and username.
- By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
