If you are no longer able to contact a user, it could be due to the following reasons:
- The user has blocked you
- The user has decided to leave Depop and delete their account
- The user has been removed by Depop due to infringements of Terms of Service.
Depop cannot help you get directly in touch with the user in any of the above cases. If you were in the middle of a transaction and the user had disappeared before you they sent an item you had paid for, please report it to us and we will investigate!
To do so, please go to your profile (or main menu on Android), tap Settings, scroll down to Help and select Report a transaction problem. Here you will be able to select the item in question.
