If you refund your buyer for a Depop transaction we're more than happy to refund the Depop fee, first we just need to confirm a few details.
You can refund your buyer directly from your PayPal account (via a desktop and not the app).
Refunding via the original transaction instead of the ‘send money’ feature means PayPal reverse their transaction fee so you're not left out of pocket - make sure the refund is completed or cleared.
Once you've issued a full refund, simply click here and fill out our contact form to get the Depop fee refunded.
Select 'I have sold something on Depop' > 'Refund Depop fee'.
We'll just need you to confirm:
- The email address linked to your Depop account
- Your Depop username (ex. @username)
- Your buyer's Depop username (ex. @username)
- Attach proof of full refund to the buyer (i.e. screenshot of the refunded transaction in your PayPal account)
