My item hasn't arrived yet
All purchases through the BUY button are covered by Buyer Protection, so no need to worry if your item hasn't arrived yet.
When you purchase an item your seller will package and ship your item. We do understand that delays may impact postage, so we can open a dispute to investigate after 7 days have passed since your purchase.
What should I do next?
- Message your seller to ask for an update
- Check your Depop purchase receipt for any shipping updates or a tracking number
- Allow 7 days for any shipping updates
- Been waiting over 7 days? If you paid using Depop Payments or Klarna you can open a dispute using the Resolution Centre. Paid via PayPal? You will need to open a dispute with them directly.
You can always open a dispute with either Depop for up to 30 days or with PayPal for up to 180 days after your purchase, depending on your payment method.
