My Depop app isn't working

 

Having issues with the app?

Here are a few quick fixes to try and get things back on track:

  1. Close the app. On iOS double-tap the home button and swipe up. On Android, open the apps currently in use and swipe sideways.
  2. Make sure you're using the latest version of Depop on your device.
  3. Delete and re-download the app via the App Store or Google Play Store. (This won't delete anything on your shop)
  4. Check your network coverage. Try using both WiFi and internet data to see if this makes a difference.
