I'm locked out of my account

Entering the wrong password too many times will lock you out of Depop account. This is to make sure that your account remains safe.

 

How can I get into my account?

To get back online all you need to do is reset your password.

Reset your password, or follow these steps:

  • Open the Depop app
  • Tap Login > Forgot Password
  • Enter your email address >  Reset my password
  • You'll receive an email from Depop shortly. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to reset your
    password

 

Still having trouble logging in?

  1. Report this to our Support team, we'll get you back online in no time.
  2. Select Account Issue > 'I have a Depop account and can’t log in'.
  3. We'll just need you to confirm:
      • The email address linked to your Depop account
      • Your Depop username (ex. @username)
      • The steps you've tried to log into your account. If you do not know the email address associated to your account or you are unable to access it, please provide us with your:
        - PayPal email address (if you are outside of the US or UK)
        - Billing address 
        - mobile number (including your country code)
      • Attach any screenshots/screen recordings to illustrate your issue
