Entering the wrong password too many times will lock you out of Depop account. This is to make sure that your account remains safe.
To get back online all you need to do is reset your password.
Just click here to reset your password, or follow these steps:
- Open the Depop app
- Click on the "Login" button
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your email address to receive instructions to reset your new password
- Click on Reset my password
- You'll receive an email from Depop shortly. Follow the instruction in the e-mail to reset your
password

Select 'Account Issue' > 'I have a Depop account and can’t log in'.

- The email address linked to your Depop account
- Your Depop username (ex. @username)
- The steps you've tried to log into your account. If you do not know the email address associated to your account or you are unable to access it, please provide us with your:
