Shipping label (US Specific)

I haven’t received my shipping label

If you’ve chosen to If you’ve selected ‘Ship with USPS’ for your Depop listing but haven’t received a label for your sale, we’d suggest you try the following:

  • Check that you selected USPS shipping for this transaction 
  • Check your junk mail - it may have ended up there accidentally
  • Check your Receipts in the app > tap on the transaction you need a label for > you should be able to View Shipping Label.

 

If you still can’t find the label, you can let us know via the app by going to your Profile > Settings > Need Help? > Report a Technical Problem.

 

Remember to include:

  • The date of the transaction
  • The @username of the buyer
