PayPal Authentication when checking out

As of the 6th October, PayPal are making some changes to their checkout in the UK and Europe to make the checkout process even more secure.

If you are making a payment that is not exempt, usually over £/€30, you will be required to provide two of the verification factors:

- Trusted device e.g. your phone (PayPal recognises the device being used to pay)
- PayPal Login
- One time passcode to your registered phone

We are working to upgrade our integration to allow the trusted device feature across iOS and Android, but until we have this you may need to enter the one time passcode which will be sent to your registered phone number on your PayPal account.

If your phone number on your PayPal account is incorrect, you can change this in your settings on the website or app.
