If you booked Hermes Home Collection between 18th September - 6th October, there's a chance that your courier may not have turned up or was unable to scan your parcel. If so, there was an error with your shipping label generating a slot for collection.
We aren’t able to edit the label once it’s been generated, so this parcel cannot be booked in to be collected on this occasion.
If you are able to, we would recommend dropping off the parcel at your local Hermes ParcelShop. There are over 5000 of these shops nationwide, and open from early until late, 7 days a week, which means it’s really easy to get your item sent out on time. You can find your nearest ParcelShop here.
If you are unable to drop off your parcel for any reason, then we would recommend directly booking Hermes Courier Collect as a service via their site here as their service is not impacted, just the specific label.
If you do arrange your own shipping, you can just contact our Support here and select Selling > Refund my unused label. Just fill in all your details and we will ensure you're refunded asap!
