You can check for any Hermes delays for a specific package via their tracking here or within the app if you use Ship with Depop. Remember that some Hermes parcel shops may be closed around Christmas and Boxing Day so check their hours if you need to drop off a parcel. If you booked a home collection service, couriers will not be working on the 25th and 26th so keep that in mind as the collection will happen on the 27th at the earliest.
