We’re currently experimenting with user logins and sign ups, so you may have a different experience with Passwords/Magic links depending on the date you signed up to Depop
Depop no longer supports signing up or logging in via Facebook. If you previously used Facebook to access your account, don’t worry—there are still ways to log in.
Signing Up for a New Depop Account
If you're new to Depop, you can create an account using one of these options:
- On iPhone: Sign up with Apple, Google, or your email.
- On Android: Sign up with Google or your email.
Logging Into an Existing Depop Account (Previously Linked to Facebook)
If your Depop account was originally created using Facebook, you can still access it:
- Open Depop and tap "Continue with email."
- Check your inbox for a Magic Link email from Depop.
- Click the link in the email to log in.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Make sure you’re using the correct email address linked to your Facebook account.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the Magic Link email.
- If you no longer have access to your Facebook-linked email, you may need to create a new Depop account.
