Bundles let you shop multiple items from the same seller in one go, but if something’s missing, here’s what to do.
- Contact the seller first
If part of your bundle hasn’t arrived, the seller may have posted items separately or accidentally left one out. The best first step is to message them directly - they’ll be able to clarify or arrange to send the missing item.
- Can’t resolve it with the seller?
If you’re unable to reach a solution, you can open a dispute via your payment method.
- Paid with PayPal?
You’ll need to open a ‘Not as described’ dispute. Because part of your order was received, this is the correct option.
You can then request either a partial refund or for the seller to send the missing item.
