Forgot your password? Try these steps below:
- Open the Depop app on your device > click ‘Login’ > Forgot Password (use the email address you signed up with)
- Remove any spaces from the start or end of your email address
- Click Send, you’ll receive an email from Depop shortly with instructions
- Didn’t get it? Check your junk
- If you can’t reset from your device, try from a desktop following the same steps
If this doesn’t work, follow these steps:
- Open the reset link from a desktop, or try another web browser
- Add account@alerts.depop.com to your mailbox settings, then try again
- Make sure you're entering a strong password. This should include a range of capital letters, special characters (!) and numbers.
