I forgot my password

Forgot your password? No problem. You'll just need to reset your password so you can login. 

 

Using the app?

Reset your password with these instructions:

  • Open the Depop app on your device > click Login > Forgot Password
  • Fill out your username or email address
  • Tap Send to receive a password reset email
  • Check your inbox for our email
  • Didn’t get it? Check your junk/spam inbox
  • If you can’t reset from your device, try from a desktop following the same steps

 

Using the Website?

Here's how you can reset your password:

  • Open Depop website
  • Click Login > Forgot Password
  • Fill out your username or email address
  • Check your details are correct with no typos
  • Click Send to receive a password reset email

 

Need some more help?

Try the following steps:

  • Open the reset link from a desktop, or try another web browser
  • Add account@alerts.depop.com to your mailbox settings, then try again
  • Make sure you're entering a strong password. This should include a combination of lowercase, capital letters, special characters (!) and numbers.
