Forgot your password? No problem. You'll just need to reset your password so you can login.
Using the app?
Reset your password with these instructions:
- Open the Depop app on your device > click Login > Forgot Password
- Fill out your username or email address
- Tap Send to receive a password reset email
- Check your inbox for our email
- Didn’t get it? Check your junk/spam inbox
- If you can’t reset from your device, try from a desktop following the same steps
Using the Website?
Here's how you can reset your password:
- Open Depop website
- Click Login > Forgot Password
- Fill out your username or email address
- Check your details are correct with no typos
- Click Send to receive a password reset email
Need some more help?
Try the following steps:
- Open the reset link from a desktop, or try another web browser
- Add account@alerts.depop.com to your mailbox settings, then try again
- Make sure you're entering a strong password. This should include a combination of lowercase, capital letters, special characters (!) and numbers.
