Depop is a place to sell preloved items so not every item will be perfect.
What’s important is that a seller's description and photos accurately reflect the item you’re getting. Depop will step in if that’s not the case.
An item being significantly not as described means that the item you have received is significantly different compared to the description of the item in the original listing the seller had on Depop and covers:
- Incorrect sizes
- Wrong colour
- severe damage
- Incorrect item
What isn’t covered:
- Minor damage on second hand or vintage items
- Material looks different than it did in the images
- Doesn’t fit or doesn’t look right
