Depop is a place to sell preloved items so not every item will be perfect.
What’s important is that a seller's description and photos accurately reflect the item you’re getting. Depop will step in if that’s not the case.
An item being significantly not as described means that the item you have received is significantly different compared to the description of the item in the original listing the seller had on Depop.
