If you purchased this item via Depop Payments, you can get any issues resolved directly through Depop, however we do hold off opening a dispute until 5 days have passed since the transaction in to give the seller time to ship out your item.
If you are yet to receive a tracking number or have any concerns during this time, the best thing to do here is to contact the seller directly and ask them for an update.
What should I do next?
If you still haven't received your item or any update on shipping 5 days after you bought it, please then follow the steps below:
1. Contact the seller for an update if you haven't already done so
2. If the seller doesn’t get back to you or the item has not been shipped after 5 days, open a dispute in the Resolution Centre.
