First, please make sure you did select to 'Ship with Depop' - on your in app receipt! This means that you will receive a label generated at the time of the sale if your PayPal account is verified.
If you see the button 'Mark as Shipped' this will mean that you have chosen to arrange your own shipping, meaning you will not receive a label generated by Depop, and you'll need to arrange shipping for this sale yourself.
"I chose Ship with Depop and I still can't get the label - help!"
Don't worry, if you're unable to access your label due to a message prompting you to verify your PayPal account, you'll simply need to verify your PayPal account to access the label.

A few important things to keep in mind in order to properly verify, and be able to access your label:
- PayPal verification requires that you add and then confirm your bank account or add and then confirm your debit/credit card.
- PayPal verification should be done by logging into your PayPal account from a computer, not the mobile app.
Once you verify (i.e. add and confirm your funding source), try force closing the Depop app then reopen it. Once you have done this, go to your sold item receipt and access your shipping label from here.
We recommend you allow up to 48 hours whilst your PayPal account is being verified.
