We had some issues taking our Depop fee at the time of sale 20th - 21st of April so don't be surprised if you've seen this fee coming out of your PayPal account on the 22nd.
If you check your in app receipts for 20th - 21st April these fees should match up with anything you see being taken from your PayPal account on the 22nd.
My fee has been taken but I haven't received my payment
If you can't yet see your payment from the buyer this is most likely because your PayPal account isn't verified.
To get verified, go to your PayPal account to add and confirm your bank account or, if you prefer, add and confirm your debit or credit card. Click here to read PayPal's guide. Please also ensure any other information on your PayPal account is up to date.
Please don’t ship the item if you cannot verify payment for this sale. This ensures you are protected as a seller if anything does go wrong.
I've verified my PayPal account but still haven't received payment
Once your account has been verified it can take a few hours for any payments to come through, but if they haven't arrived after this time, we recommend that you contact PayPal directly to see what information they need from you to get this sorted!
As we don’t have visibility to user’s PayPal accounts for security reasons, PayPal can provide the most information on payments made to your account.
