If you've sold an item using an in-app Evri shipping label and the status shows as being returned to sender, the item will be returned to the address you listed when you chose to ship with Depop.
View the tracking number through the Evri website as your returned item is processed.
If you do need help, contact Depop Support and provide us with your return shipping address so we can look into this for you.
Evri will deliver your item to your address. Once you have received your item back, make sure you refund the buyer in full for their purchase.
Once you've refunded the buyer, you can get a refund for your Depop fee. If your buyer paid through Depop Payments then this will automatically be refunded to you. If the buyer paid using PayPal you can contact Support to get your Depop fee back.
