Having trouble buying? Here are a few tips:
1. The seller may have an issue with their PayPal account. You will need to message the seller and ask them to contact PayPal to resolve this
2. Check your connection. Try with just WiFi, or just mobile data
3. The seller may needs to re-list the item and re-connect their PayPal account, and check with PayPal their account is set up to receive payments
4. Buying from an international seller? You can message the seller asking them to edit their item to enable worldwide shipping
FYI: If you're shipping to a university address, try adding the name of your university and full name in the same subject field. If you're shipping to an APO address, the seller must select to arrange their own shipping, not Ship with Depop.
