How can I provide my date of birth?
Go to Settings > Profile and tap ‘Date of birth’.
Who can see my date of birth?
Your date of birth is not visible to other users.
To see your date of birth, go to your Depop settings and tap Profile.
Why do I need to give my date of birth, and what will you do with it?
We’ll use your date of birth to confirm you’re old enough to use Depop. Knowing the age of our users also helps us build a better experience for the entire Depop community.

What if I’m over 13 but under 18 years old?
If you’re setting up your account, our payment partners PayPal and Stripe may have additional requirements and you may need a parent or guardian to help you when setting up a payment method. Find out more about age requirements on Depop.
What if I gave the wrong date of birth? Can I change it?
If you’ve made a mistake, please contact our Customer Support team. We may need to ask you to provide a form of ID to verify your date of birth.
