What is bulk listing?
Bulk listing is an easy way to list several items on Depop at once.
Instead of listing items individually, our bulk listing tool lets you list more, more easily. Just enter your item details into a Google Sheet template, download it and then upload it using our bulk listing tool to see your listings appear in your drafts just a few minutes later.
From there, you can add any final details eg. photos before posting to Depop.
You can upload up to 100 listings at once using the bulk listing tool.
Note: iOS users can edit their drafts in the app or on Depop.com; Android users should access their drafts on Depop.com.
Where can I find the bulk listing tool?
Bulk listing is available to all 'blue tick' sellers and to the sellers who have made 500+ sales. Go to your Selling Hub on web, then click the 'Bulk listing' button on the left.

How do I upload my items via bulk listing?
To upload your items, follow the step-by-step process below:
- Go to ‘Bulk listing’ in your selling hub on web
- Click ‘View template’ to open the Google Sheet template, then make a copy to your own drive and fill it out according to the instructions in the sheet.
- When you’re done, download your sheet as a CSV file.
- Next, click ‘Upload file’ to upload your CSV file. Your listings will appear in your drafts a few minutes later and you’ll receive an email when the upload is finished. Drafts via the bulk listing tool are only available on web and iOS at the moment. Android will be available soon.
- Next add your photos, items' sizes and any last details before posting each individual listing.

How many listings can I upload at once using bulk listing?
You can upload up to 100 items at once.
Can I upload photos using bulk listing?
We don’t currently support the ability to add your photos to the Google Sheet and upload them to the bulk listing tool.
After you upload your Google Sheet to the bulk listing tool, your listings will appear in your drafts on both web and iOS (drafts on Android will be available soon). You can then add your photos to your listings.
Can I use the bulk listing tool on all browsers?
The bulk listing tool should work with all browsers, but errors can sometimes occur when trying to upload via Safari. If this happens, please try to upload your CSV file through a different browser (i.e Chrome / Firefox).
Where can I find my listings once I've uploaded them using bulk listing?
Your listings will appear in your drafts on both web and iOS when you upload them via the bulk listing tool on your selling hub on web. Drafts via the bulk listing tool will be available on Android soon.
Why are my listings not appearing in drafts?
Your drafts can take a few minutes to process. If your listings have not appeared in drafts after you’ve uploaded them using bulk listing, check again in a few minutes.
If they haven’t appeared after an hour, then please contact us.

Why am I seeing an error after uploading my items?
If you enter details in your Google Sheet incorrectly, error messages will appear on the upload page. The errors that you see should tell you what you need to do to successfully upload your file.
Usually, error messages will be a result of formatting errors, file incompatibility or file corruption. Once these are fixed, you should be able to continue uploading as usual.

Do I have to download a new Google Sheet every time I want to upload new items?
No, you can continue to reuse the Google Sheet you have made a copy of to upload new items. However, we’ll occasionally change or add fields to the Google Sheet template as we make enhancements to the listing flow.
Please check the bulk listing dashboard where we will signpost any changes to the sheet – you can then make a copy of the new template. If you use an old template and try to upload it, you’ll likely encounter an error message. Please check the bulk listing dashboard and download a new template.
Can I create and upload my own spreadsheet?
You can create and upload your own spreadsheet, as long as the column headings, values and format are in line with the standard template. However, we strongly encourage that you use the default spreadsheet to prevent errors and save you time listing.
What fields are not included in the Google Sheet for bulk upload?
Our bulk listing tool includes the majority of item fields, except for categories and quantities. Photos are also not supported by the bulk listing tool at the moment. Photos and additional items fields will need to be added once your bulk listings have been uploaded to your drafts.
Bulk Listing will also only support My Own Shipping - just fill in your domestic and international shipping prices. If you are using Depop shipping, leave these fields blank and fill in your shipping details in the listing flow.
Is there a limit on the number of items you can upload to your drafts?
There is currently no limit when you create drafts via the web.
