If you used a Ship With Depop label, as a seller you’ll be charged the cost of the shipping label and the Depop fee in one go. We have no way of taking the payment for the shipping label directly from the buyer. When your buyer pays you, the extra amount is included in what you receive. This is then taken from you (the seller) when the 10% Depop fee is taken.

Please attach an image of the empty package your buyer received.

Please attach a copy of your proof of shipping clearly showing your buyer's address, and proof of the cancelled payment (email from PayPal or the transaction status showing as cancelled).

Please attach a copy of your proof of shipping clearly showing your buyer's address, and a screenshot of the email from PayPal notifying you of the chargeback/unauthorised transaction.

Please attach a copy of your proof of shipping clearly showing your buyer's address, and a screenshot of the PayPal email you received confirming the payment was returned to your buyer.

Please attach your proof of refund confirming a full refund has been issued, clearly showing your buyer's email address/details.
