How do I change my address?

I already bought my item:

You can’t update your shipping address for an item after you've purchased it.

If you made a mistake or need your item to be sent to an alternative address other than the one on your purchase receipt, you'll need to message the seller directly and ask them to refund you for the item so you can re-buy once you've updated your details.

It is also worth getting in contact with us, so we can let the seller know the address is incorrect and help you resolve the issue quickly.

If the item has already been posted, however, it is your responsibility to retrieve the item from the address visible on the transaction receipt.

Next time you add an item to your basket, tap Checkout, then Ships to, where you'll be able to choose an existing address or add a new one.

 

I haven't bought an item but need to update my address:

If you have moved house or want your next purchase to be delivered to a different address, you'll need to update your address details in app.

Add the item to your basket, tap Checkout, then Ships to, where you'll be able to choose an existing address or add a new one.

Once you've chosen the address you want your item to be sent to you can complete your purchase.
