Withdrawals (Depop Payments only)
Note: Withdrawals are not yet available to all users.
What are withdrawals?
Withdrawals is a new payout schedule, that allows you to control when your earnings from Depop sales are transferred to your bank account.
After making a sale, your earnings (minus Depop fees) will appear as a "pending balance".
Once your sold item has been delivered, your pending balance becomes "available" and you can withdraw these funds to your bank.
How do I withdraw my funds?
When your funds are available, simply tap ‘Withdraw’ on the Payments page in the Depop app. Your funds will then be transferred directly to your chosen bank account.
If you haven't yet verified your identity or added bank details, you’ll need to first ‘enable withdrawals’ by completing these steps on the Payments page. Once completed, you'll be able to withdraw your earnings.
Enabling withdrawals - Adding bank account/Identity verification
Before withdrawing funds, you must add a valid bank account. You may also be asked to complete additional identity verification.
Please carefully follow the steps to submit the required verification details and documents. You must be at least 18 years old to have a Depop Payments account.
