Why is my item inactive?

 

Your items will become inactive if you haven't used Depop for a while.  We do this when a user hasn't used the app for 28 days or more. 

 

Why do you make items inactive?

We do this to prevent other users from buying items from sellers who are potentially not using the app. This could result in them not receiving the item or being able to communicate with the seller.

 

How can I reactivate my items?

The item/s will automatically become active again after you log in or open your Depop app. After an hour or so, your items will be ready to sell!
