How do I change the currency of my items?

You can change the currency of your own items in your profile settings. The default currency will be the same as your phone settings. 

 

If you wish to change the currency and you are in the UK/US/AU:

  • Tap My Depop, then My account
  • Scroll down to Payment Settings, then Currency, and choose your currency from the available options

 

If you wish to change the currency and you are outside the UK/US/AU:

  • Tap My Depop, then My account
  • Go to Preferences and choose your currency from the available options



If you are on Android:

  • Go to your Selling Hub, and select the Payments tab
  • Scroll down to Payment Settings, choose Currency, and select your currency from the available options

This change will apply only to new items. Any previous items on your account will remain in the same currency as before. To change the currency on any items you have already listed, you will need to re-list them.

 

In a new location?

Make sure that both your phone and Depop location are set up correctly to show your location accurately.

If you have moved and need to update your location and currency, get in touch with our support team, who can make sure it’s all set up correctly. Depop Payments isn’t available in all countries, so they may need to update this for you.

To update your location on Depop:

  • Head to My Depop, then Settings
  • Under Settings, tap Account details and choose your new country
