What do the stats mean?

Earnings
This is the money you’ve made from selling on Depop.
It shows your total earnings before refunds, reflecting the amount you’ve received from sales after deducting the transaction and boosting fees. If you’ve used your own shipping instead of Depop Shipping, those fees are included in this total.
If you’ve made sales in multiple currencies, you can toggle between revenues in each currency.

Items sold
This is the number of items you’ve sold on Depop.
If you sell a bundle, each item in the bundle is counted individually. So if you sell 2 bundles, each made up of 2 items, they’ll show in your stats as 4 items sold.

Potential revenue (only available on iOS)
This is the total amount you could make, based on the current price of all your live listings in your shop on Depop.
This is before deducting transaction fees, boosting fees, seller fees (if they apply) and shipping fees.

Listings posted (only available on iOS)
This is the total number of listings you’ve created on Depop over time, regardless of whether they have been sold, deleted or removed etc.

Additional info

  • On a desktop browser, you can view your shop stats as a graph or table. Select Graph or Table in the top-right corner of the screen to switch between views.
  • All data is historical, so currently your stats won’t show real-time updates. If you make sales today for example, they’ll show in your stats tomorrow.
  • All data is shown in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This means there might sometimes be slight discrepancies between when you make sales and when they show in your stats, especially if you’re based in the US or Australia.
