Latest app versions

We’re always making changes and improvements to the app. You can download and update your app to the latest release either through the App Store or Play Store.

To get the most out of Depop, ensure you’re on the latest version:

• iOS -  2.408
• Android -   2.404.1

To check which version you're on:

• Open the Depop app
• Go to My Depop, then My account
• Under Settings, choose Need help?

The app isn’t working

If you’re having issues with the app, firstly, check you’re on the most recent version. To update it:

iOS

• Open the App Store
• Tap your profile
• Scroll down to find the Depop update and click Install

Android

• Open the Play Store app
• Tap the profile icon
• Select Manage apps and device
• Search for Depop and select Update

If your app is up to date, and you’re still experiencing a technical issue, let us know:

Via the app

• Go to My Depop, then My account
• Under Support, select Need help?
• Tap Help Centre and scroll down to Contact us at the bottom
• Fill out all of the fields, providing as much detail as you can (and a screen recording!) 

Via web

• Go to the Help Centre
• Fill out all of the fields, providing as much detail as you can (and a screen recording!)
