New User iOS Sign-up Free Shipping Offer in US: Terms & Conditions

Free shipping offer is exclusively available to eligible Depop users in the US who sign up via Depop’s iOS app between 07:00 (EDT) on January 27, 2026 and 07:00 (EDT) on February 17, 2026 (Sign-up Period) and see the free shipping banner in-app (Offer). 

To qualify, you must place your first order through Depop’s iOS app within 7 days of sign-up (Offer Period).

The Offer is strictly limited to the first 160,000 eligible users who successfully sign up during the Sign-up Period and place their first order within the Offer Period. 

The Offer only applies to items that have the free shipping banner across the top of the item listing. 

Orders placed after the Offer Period, for items that do not qualify for free Depop Shipping, or beyond a user’s first order are excluded from this Offer. 

Offer is available for single-item and bundle orders.

Heads up: Marketplace Fees still apply and this Offer is subject to Depop’s Terms of Service. 

These terms and conditions may be modified, suspended, or canceled at Depop’s discretion at any time. 

If you violate any of these terms, the Offer may be invalidated. 

Each user may only redeem the Offer once, and it may not be used across multiple accounts or by creating new accounts to obtain additional redemptions. 

Depop is not responsible for any errors in any offer-related materials, nor any errors or delays in processing the Offer. 

The Offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
