Auto-respond to offers

Handling offers can take up a lot of time, especially if you’re a high-volume seller. That’s where Auto-respond comes in.

Auto-respond helps you manage offers quickly and effortlessly, so you can spend less time negotiating and more time selling. It also ensures:

• Never missing an offer: Get a 100% response rate, guaranteed.
• More sales: Offers are auto-replied to within 60 seconds, increasing your chances of selling

• Less effort, more efficiency: Automate the back-and-forth and focus on growing your shop and listing more items.

   

How it works

Set the lowest price you’re happy to accept for an item. If a buyer sends an offer at or above that price, it’s automatically accepted. If the offer is lower, we’ll automatically send a counteroffer at your set price.

You can turn Auto-respond on for any listing:

• Go to My Depop
• Select a listing from your shop
• Under Manage your listing, tap Auto-respond to offers
• Toggle it on
• Set your lowest acceptable price

We recommend choosing a competitive price you’re comfortable selling at. Keep in mind: your lowest price becomes your automatic counteroffer. Aim for a price that attracts buyers while still working for you.
