Listing on web

Using the Depop website to list means you get a single, streamlined view of your shop.

Whether you’re listing 1, 10, or 100 items, you can create drafts, add photos, and publish listings all in one place.

Listing on web makes it easier to:

• Make edits in bulk – edit listings one by one, make quick inline updates, or apply changes across several items at once. Update details like pricing, descriptions, or colour in just a few clicks.
• Upload photos your way – drag and drop images from your desktop straight into each draft
• Designed to suit your workflow – whether you’re listing casually or managing large drops, listing on the web gives you more control
• Get a complete view of your listing – create templates on the app and then use them to build your listing on web, before publishing
• List across platforms – start drafts on web and finish them in the app. Just open your drafts, add photos, and post when you're ready.

 

How to list on web

Head to the Selling Hub on web, then click Bulk Listing or Drafts from the menu on the left.

Creating drafts

To create a new draft:

• Click Add draft + at the top right of the page 
• You can:
  • Add multiple drafts at once
  • Apply a template to pre-fill your drafts

At the moment, you can’t create templates on web. To create and save templates, use the Depop app:

• Go to My Depop
• Tap the + icon and select List from template 
• Tap Create a new template

 

Uploading photos 

Click the + icon in your draft listing to add photos. From there, you can choose a cover image to use, crop the photo, or delete it. 

If you’re using iCloud or Google Photos, just open them on your computer and drop in. If you want to add photos from your phone, upload them in the app, and they’ll sync to your web drafts.

 

 

Editing listings 

You can edit your listings directly from the bulk listing view in a few ways:

Inline edits

Quickly scroll across and update key attributes directly in the table.

Some attributes depend on others, so it’s best to move from left to right to complete each listing.

Bulk edits

To update multiple listings at once, use the checkboxes on the left to select the ones you want (or select all), then click Edit to open the bulk edit modal. Fill in the fields to update, then hit Confirm to apply the changes.

More fields will appear as you complete attributes. 

Some fields, such as color or price, can’t be bulk edited, so you’ll need to update those individually in the main view.

Multi-select only applies to listings that are currently loaded, scroll to the bottom and click Load More to include additional listings.

Full edit view

Click the edit icon next to a listing image to open the full listing view. Here, you can add additional information. You can use this view to make more detailed edits that aren’t available in the bulk listing view.

 

 

Uploading multiple items at once

Click Download Google Sheet template at the top right of the page and follow the instructions to batch import your listings via our CSV upload tool

 

Posting your listing(s) on web 

When you're ready to go live, click on the Ready to post toggle to view listings that have all required fields completed. Use the checkboxes to select which ones you want, then click Post to publish them.

Listings that are missing required details won’t appear in this view — make sure each one is filled out before posting.
