How do I get paid? - US
Everything you need to know about getting paid on Depop, including how to track your earnings and when you’ll get paid after selling.
How do I get paid?
Once you make a sale, the money is paid straight into your Depop Balance. This can then be withdrawn to your bank account at any time. To check your Depop Balance or connect a bank account:
iOS
- Go to My Depop
- Tap My account (also labeled Settings) in the top-right corner
- Choose Depop Balance
Android
- Tap Selling Hub, then the Payments tab
- Tap Depop Balance
Note: If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian to verify their details on your behalf to sell and get paid.
When will I get paid?
We’ll send your payment to your Depop Balance, 2 business days after the item shows as delivered or 10 business days after the sale — whichever comes first.
Funds can then take up to 5 days to show in your bank account after they’re withdrawn.
How do I withdraw my money?
Withdrawals allow you to move money from your Depop Balance to your bank account.
To withdraw your available balance:
- Go to My Depop
- Choose My account (also labeled Settings) in the top-right corner
- Tap Depop Balance, then Withdraw
Your funds will then be transferred directly to your connected bank account.
My balance isn’t showing correctly
There are a few reasons why your balance might not be showing as expected:
- A payment is pending: the buyer has paid, but your item hasn’t yet been delivered
- A payment is on hold: the buyer has raised an issue with their order. Your funds are being held until that issue is resolved.
- A negative balance: if a refund is sent from your account (either by you or Depop on your behalf) when your balance is low or zero
