How can I change my bank details?
To change your bank details:
- Log into your account
- If you're on iOS go to My Depop > Settings > Depop Balance > Scroll down to your Payment settings
- If you're on Android go to Selling Hub > Payments tab > Scroll down to payment settings > Bank account
My new bank details aren't being accepted
- Please make sure your profile country, billing address and currency are all set to the same country to avoid any issues
- Ensure the details you are entering are correct (If you’re US user please ensure that you’re entering the account and routing number for a checking account rather than savings)
I have to wait to change my details
For your security, we may temporarily block an account from making changes to the linked bank account.
If this has happened to you, we recommend waiting for the stated time frame to pass. However if you need to change your bank more urgently, please get in touch via the link below.
My details have been changed by someone else
