How do I get paid with Depop Payments?

Earnings from your sales are paid into your Depop Balance 10 working days after your sale. These earnings are then automatically paid out to your connected bank account. Payments can then take up to 5 days to show in your account after they’re sent

To check your Depop Balance in app, or to connect a bank account:

iOS

• Go to My Depop
• Tap My account in the top-right corner
• Choose Depop Balance

Android

• Go to My Depop
• Tap Settings
• Choose Depop Balance, then Payment Settings

Note: If you’re under 18, you’ll need to have a parent or guardian verify their details on your behalf in order to sell and get paid.

Why haven’t I been paid?

If you haven’t received your payout for a sale and it's been more than 10 working days, you may need to either verify your identity or update some of your account details, such as your connected bank account. Learn more about what to do if you notice you haven’t been paid.
