Seller fees and charges
Selling on Depop:
Outlined below are the fees that apply when selling on Depop. These fees apply automatically to sales made through the BUY button.

| Depop Selling fees | 10% on all sales | The selling fee is charged on the item sale price (excluding taxes) and, if you haven’t used a Depop Shipping label, the shipping cost. The selling fee applies to sellers outside of the UK, US, or AUS and selling in a currency other than GBP, USD, or AUD. |

When are the fees deducted?
If you are selling using Depop Payments (via Stripe), all fees are deducted before your sale proceeds are paid to your bank account.
If you sell via PayPal, sale proceeds are sent to your PayPal account. The Selling fee and PayPal’s payments processing fee are then deducted as separate charges from your PayPal account.
Are the fees refundable?
If your sale is refunded, all fees (the selling fee, payments processing fees and boosting fees) will be reversed too.
This happens automatically for transactions using Depop Payments. If you’re outside the UK, US, or AUS and using PayPal, you can get a refund for the Depop selling fees by raising a ticket with our Support team and attaching a screenshot of your refund and confirmation of your @username.
What about bundles?
If you sold a bundle on Depop and are based outside of the UK or US, Depop selling fees will apply for each item you sold. These will show separately, so make sure you review how many items you sold. The payment processing fees will apply once per bundle transaction.
How can I check my fees?
Sold with Depop Payments?
- Go to My Depop, then tap My Account in the top-right corner
- Tap Depop Balance, then scroll to Latest Transactions to view your activity
Sold through PayPal?
Log in to PayPal using the website, click Activity, and review any recent Depop sales and fee payments
