We explain everything you need to know about getting paid on Depop, including how to track your earnings and when you’ll get paid after selling.
How do I get paid?
Earnings from your sales are all paid into your Depop balance. These earnings are then automatically transferred to your connected bank account.
To check your Depop balance or to connect a bank account:
iOS
- Open the app
- Tap My Depop, then Settings in the top-right corner
- Tap Depop balance to check your balance, see your upcoming payouts or configure your Payment settings, including connecting a bank account
Android
- Open the app
- Tap Selling Hub, then the Payments tab
- Tap Depop balance to check your balance, see your upcoming payouts or configure your Payment settings, including connecting a bank account
Note: If you’re under 18, you’ll need to have a parent or guardian verify their details on your behalf in order to sell and get paid.
When will I get paid?
You’ll be paid after your sale is delivered, but the exact timings depend on the shipping method you used.
- If you used Depop Shipping (via Evri), we’ll send your payment 2 business days after the tracking info shows as delivered or 10 business days after the sale — whichever comes first.
- If you opted out of Depop Shipping and shipped your own way, we’ll send your payment 10 business days after the order has been delivered.
Payments can take up to 5 days to show in your bank account after they’re sent.
Why haven’t I been paid?
If you haven’t been paid for a sale, you may need to update some of your account details, such as your connected bank account. Learn more about what to do if you notice you haven’t been paid.
